Returns & Refunds 


Please note - our returns may take up to 28 days to process. If you require new items in time for back to school, we advise that you place a new order for those garments, and send the other items back for a refund. We cannot guarantee that your new items will be with you for back to school.

FAQ's

Do you do exchanges?

If you have ordered online, we only offer exchanges if the item is stocked in one of our stores, and you can make it in there. All exchanges are at the store manager's discretion.

If you have ordered in-store you can return your goods to the store for an exchange, as long as the return is within our T&C's.

Do you provide a returns label?

Returns must be sent at your own cost. BE Uniforms will not be held liable for any lost, stolen or damaged parcels that are being returned to the warehouse.

We will only provide a returns label for incorrect or faulty goods.

I ordered before the deadline, but the items do not fit, what should i do?

We only guarantee orders placed before the deadline. If you need to return and re-order, this will be classed as a new order. We endeavour to dispatch all orders as soon as possible. 

Can I return my parcel to one of your stores?

You can use our stores as a drop-off for your return.

Why was my refund not as much as I expected?

In the event that you received free shipping by ordering over a certain value, if returning goods takes your order value below that threshold, the standard delivery charge will be deducted from your refund.


Plain Item Returns

If you are not happy with your non embroidered item we supplied we have a no quibbles* return policy. Items can be exchanged in store for a different size or simply refunded if returned in the original packaging unused within 28 days. To initiate a return** click HERE.

Embroidered Item Returns

The majority of embroidered items online and instore are available for return. Please see below a list of embroidered items that are NOT eligible for return/refund:

- Items marked as NON-RETURNABLE

- Items reduced to clear or in a sale

- Items Adult size SMALL and larger with a Primary School logo on

- Items age 3-4 and smaller with a Primary School logo on

- Items age 9-10 and smaller for P7 / Senior Primary specific items

- Items Adult size SMALL and larger for P7 / Senior Primary specific items

- Items age 7-8 and upwards with a Nursery logo on

- All blazers with a Primary School logo on

- ALL blazers with braiding (Primary and High School / Academy)

- Items age 9-10 and smaller with a High School / Academy logo on

- Items Adult Extra Large (XL) and above with a High School / Academy logo on

- Blazers sized 33” and below, 43" and above, and ALL odd sizes with a High School / Academy logo on (ie, only sizes 34", 36", 38", 40", 42" are returnable)

- Personalised items with a name or initial(s)

- 'Occassion Hoodies' i.e all Leavers Hoodies, Trip Hoodies, etc.

Each item must be in its original packaging (complete with barcode and item description label if applicable). Unless faulty, returns are only accepted if the garments are unworn and unmarked with your child's name. Labels must still be attached to garments. Items can only be returned within 28 Days of purchase.

 

Please enclose a copy of your returns form in the package (this can be downloaded once you have had your return request approved). We recommend that you send your parcel via royal mail and that you request a proof of postage certificate as we cannot be held responsible for items that fail to reach us without a proof of posting receipt.

We will endeavour to process all refunds within 10 days of receipt however at busier times such as Back to School please allow up to 28 working days.

You will be notified by e-mail as soon as the refund has been processed.

 


Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order or items within your order, please make sure you contact us before you receive the automated production email by emailing [email protected] or call 01361 810304. Items that have already been personalised with a custom option cannot be cancelled.


Damaged or Missing Items

We must be notified of any damaged or missing items/orders within 4 days of the order being delivered/collected. After 4 days we cannot claim any missing parcels with the courier.


OUR RETURNS T&C's

You can shop in confidence knowing that you can return your items within 28 days, subject to rules below. In the interest of hygiene, we are unable to offer refunds on gum shields or underwear (inc socks). BE Schoolwear reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if we believe that the item has been worn or soiled through being incorrectly laundered, stained, damaged or torn by the wearer. Refunds will be credited by your original method of payment and will be processed within the 28 day processing period set out by BE Schoolwear.

Refunds on goods are subject to them being returned back in a saleable condition, or in the event of faulty goods, subject to inspection and agreement by BE Uniforms.

In the event that you received free shipping by ordering over a certain value, if returning your goods takes you under that value, the standard delivery charge will be deducted from your refund. 

In the unlikely event you receive a faulty or damaged item, we ask you to email [email protected] within 28 days of delivery so that we can help to resolve the matter.

BE Uniforms will not be held liable for any lost or damaged parcels that are being returned to the warehouse. In the unlikely event that you receive items which were not what you ordered, which are damaged, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, we shall make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the items in question provided that you notify us of the problem by email to [email protected] within 3 working days of delivery of the goods and return them to us, if we request you to. This does not affect your statutory rights.
